The NOCCI team spent the week in Houston helping bring the SNAME Maritime Convention to life! From coordinating conference logistics, 6 panel sessions, and 30 breakout sessions to managing the exhibit hall, Innovation Stage, Podcast Lounge, and everything in between, our team was proud to play a part in making it all happen.
Scope of Services
- Conference Planning & Management: Oversee hotel accommodations, venue logistics, food and beverage, budgeting, and overall conference coordination.
- Program & Speaker Coordination: Manage conference schedules, technical sessions, breakout rooms, speaker logistics, and special events.
- Sponsorship & Exhibitor Management: Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, exhibitor logistics, exhibit hall operations, and vendor relationships.
- Registration, Branding & Production: Manage attendee registration, conference signage, printed materials, audiovisual production, and on-site logistics.
- Communications & Reporting: Lead planning meetings, provide regular updates, track financials, and deliver post-conference reports and evaluations.
