- nocci coordinated and managed a company-wide volunteer activity to assemble 300 care kits for the Tahirih and 50 training kits for Love 146 Organizations.
- nocci ordered the supplies and organized the supplies for a smooth packing process.
- nocci also managed the volunteer sign up and communication with the volunteers.

Executive Management during Noble Energy Super Bowl 51 Activities
- The nocci team assisted the creation and distribution of all agendas, individual itineraries and briefing documents to the Noble Energy Executive Team.
- nocci coordinated and managed all transportation for Executive Team.
- nocci assisted in the organization and distribution of all credentials for all festivities.
- nocci advanced all events during the Super Bowl events prior to the Executive Team attendance.
- nocci created swag bags for all the executives and their guests for the Super Bowl.
- Houston Live (Sponsorship Activation)
- nocci managed the Noble Energy sponsorship activation. We were on site every day to make sure all assets were set properly and audio visual and sound equipment were working.
- Budget Management
- nocci managed the overall budget for Noble Energy Super Bowl 51 Sponsorship as well as each individual event and activation.
- nocci worked with the Noble Energy Super Bowl committee to keep the budget current.
- nocci submitted all expenses for approval to Noble Energy prior to payment.
- Volunteer Management
- nocci managed all Noble Energy volunteers recruited to volunteer for the Super Bowl. We sent out a Houston-wide invite to recruit volunteers and managed the RSVPs. Once we reached the cut-off date to RSVP, we held a public event at Noble Energy headquarters to pull the 200 volunteers who will be the official Noble Energy volunteers for the Super Bowl.
- nocci communicated with the 200 chosen volunteers to keep them on schedule for submitting all documents needed by the Super Bowl volunteer team. We also asked as a customer service desk to answer any questions or complaints they might have.
