For 20 years, NOCCI has managed Shell’s full hospitality experience at Jazz Fest over both weekends, overseeing all elements from strategic planning and VIP guest logistics to on-site execution. This includes credential management, hospitality suite operations, transportation, branded activations, curated food & beverage service, and seamless coordination with Shell’s internal teams and Jazz Fest production partners to deliver a polished and elevated presence for Shell each year.

Scope of Services

  • The nocci team serves as the logistical liaison to the Jazz Fest staff.
  • nocci coordinates all logistics, permitting, décor, and rentals for all the different locations during Jazz Fest.
  • nocci coordinates the week long move in for the Shell Hospitality Tent and Lounge and the Shell Kiosk.
  • nocci provides and manages staff for the different locations including a staff person who rides each employee shuttle, staff to check guests in, and staff to maintain the areas.
  • nocci produces and provides a budget for areas nocci touches.
