Scope of Services
NOCCI’s scope of services for Alpha on the Delta:
- Comprehensive event planning & strategy including timeline, budget, and program design in partnership with Old City Investment Partners.
- Multi-venue management across 5+ locations during Jazz Fest, handling all logistics, contracts, transportation, and vendor coordination.
- Premium guest experience oversight including accommodations, transportation, gifting, and onsite hospitality.
- Creative direction & programming support for entertainment, speaker coordination, branding, and custom activations.
- Full-service onsite execution with staffing, registration, live logistics management, and post-event reconciliation.
