CLIENT: 9th Ward stadium board of directors

NOCCI provided comprehensive strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and campaign management services for the 9th Ward Stadium Capital Campaign. Working closely with the Board of Directors of the 9th Ward Stadium, Inc., NOCCI developed the campaign budget and timeline, established and maintained a donor cultivation database, identified and solicited corporate and individual prospects, researched and prepared grant opportunities, and led the overall capital campaign marketing strategy. NOCCI also oversaw the development of campaign branding, website content, sponsorship proposals, and donor materials while managing campaign progress through ongoing tracking, reporting, and coordination with Board leadership to help advance fundraising goals. NOCCI also produced multiple community meetings as well as the Groundbreaking of the Stadium. 

Scope of Services

  • Create an internal budget and timeline for the Capital Campaign.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strategic Capital Campaign database for solicitation.
  • Solicit companies and individuals to assist the Board in raising a total of $3 million in funds (not including state funds).
  • Research and complete grants applicable to the Capital Campaign.
  • Develop and implement a Capital Campaign Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a fully optimized campaign website and branding that will serve as the hub for campaign information, online donations, campaign updates, sponsor promotion, and more. (Website development to be completed in collaboration with Board-supported resources.)
  • Design and develop proposals for solicitation to the cultivated donor list.
  • Manage all aspects of the Capital Campaign with the Board.
  • Develop and produce progress and tracking summaries, forecasts, evaluation reports, and meeting materials.
