Nola Navy Week Louisiana Seafood Cook Off

CLIENT: The City of New Orleans and The United States Navy

The Louisiana Seafood Cook Off is one event of many that occur every three years during Nola Navy Week. Local chefs are invited to participate in partnership with chefs from all the vessels that are in port the week of Nola Navy Week. The day of the competition, each team is given 30 minutes to prep, cook, and present their dish. This year’s 1st place winner was Petty Officer Third Class Perez Santos and Ryan Hacker of  Brennan’s.

Scope of Services

As the exclusive event management team for the Greater New Orleans Foundation, NOCCI provided the following services for this event:


  • Event Planning, Production and Execution including but not limited to: venue selection, décor, food and beverage, budgets, floor plans, onsite staffing, run of show, script writing and more!
  • Securing and executing audio visuals for programming
