ABOUT NOCCI


Founded in 1987 by CEO Dottie Belletto, NOCCI has over 35 years of service to the meeting and event industry and is one of the top Destination Management Companies in New Orleans.

NOCCI remains steadfastly dedicated to the mission of providing each client with the most creative and enjoyable experience possible. This success is accomplished through a commitment to excellence in planning, production and delivering within the client’s budget every time. The NOCCI team is committed to operating each event with complete integrity.   


As experienced planners, NOCCI excels at a wide spectrum of services ranging from creative event planning of multi-location conferences and summits, multi-day extravaganzas, transportation and registration to total meeting management.  As one of the top DMCs (Destination Management Company) in New Orleans, our wide range of services has supported numerous boards, associations, corporations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations worldwide. Our client-centered approach has earned us the respect of a diverse and prestigious clientele, including some of the states most prominent government and corporate leaders and well-known entertainers.



Over the years, NOCCI’s team has established relationships with Louisiana’s finest suppliers, and they are able to call on these connections to make each group’s event memorable and successful.

Dottie Belletto

Dottie Belletto founded nocci in 1987 and serves as the company's CEO. Dottie is an entrepreneur whose ideas, innovations and expertise have been embraced and admired in the hospitality industry. As a hands-on producer, she guides the creation and production of all programs and events. She has volunteered her time and efforts to numerous organizations that focus on the overall health and well being of community members, particularly women and children. She regularly promotes, supports and encourages education, rehabilitation, and training for those in at-risk communities.



 Dottie’s professional and eclectic client list includes some of the state’s most prominent government and corporate leaders and well-known entertainers. Most recently this list includes Spanish royalty, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain. In the Spring of 2018, Dottie and the nocci team had the honor of producing several events for New Orleans' Tricentennial celebration, welcoming dignitaries to New Orleans from across the globe. Her creative vision and purpose is producing one-of-a-kind events tailored for specific clients and groups. Dottie provides creative and strategic direction as well as staff training and development to nocci . Dottie provides mentorship to aspiring event professionals through nocci's  fast-paced internship program each Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Dottie was one of the original NOLA for Life mentors when the program began in 2012. Dottie is proud to say that she has continued the relationships with her mentees since being introduced to them six years ago. Her past accolades include events consultant for the annual Krewe of Louisianans Washington D.C. Carnival Ball along with numerous conventions that have come to New Orleans. Dottie and NOCCI took over as the management company of the Bayou Classic in 2010. Under Dottie's leadership, the Bayou Classic has moved up the HBCU Classic attendance rankings from number four to the number one ranked HBCU Classic. Dottie created and orchestrated the “largest corporate parade ever held in the Superdome.”


Dottie holds leadership roles in numerous organizations. She serves and has served on several executive boards such as: NOATV (New Orleans Access Television), Science & Math Charter School-New Orleans, New Orleans Ballet Association, NOLA Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, and Commissioner on the Morial Convention Center Board (2012 - 2020). Dottie is Executive Director of Cultural Development of the New Orleans Music Legends, Inc., New Orleans and Company, a LED Ambassador to encourage new business to Louisiana, and a Board Commissioner on the New Orleans Workforce Development Commission. Dottie serves as the Advance Advisor to all presidents/presidential staff that visit New Orleans providing security clearance, venue suggestions, and on-site staffing.


Dottie has been certified with WBENC South since 2008 and the New Orleans State and Local Disadvantages Business Enterprise since September 2012. Dottie is proud to serve on the Board of Directors at New Orleans & Company.



Most recently Dottie was named named is a member of the New Orleans 500, a list of influential, involved, and inspiring local business leaders in the New Orleans area. She has also received the accolades of " Top Business-Woman of the Year" and "Top Female Achiever in Event Planning" from New Orleans Magazine. In the Fall of 2018, Dottie was recognized as a Role Model at the Young Leadership Council's (YLC) Role Model Award Gala. In May of 2018, NOCCI was featured as New Orleans Magazine's "Face of Event Management."
